Buddha Shakyamuni (560 before JC – 480 before JC) was born Prince in the North of India at the time.
`Until he was 29 he lived a life of pleasures in a palace far from the real world. He then became aware of the life’s reality: misery, disease, old age, death…
Upset, he gives up woman and children in 531 before JC to become ascetic and sets himself the goal to release humanity of suffering.
