Fluorite Pomander Earrings

Description

The beads of our Fluorite Pomander Earrings are capped with delicate filigree domes adapted from the two halves of a miniature, finely-granulated filigree pomander (Northern European, 14th or 15th century) that may have held a sponge dipped in perfume. Fluorite beads, with lightly antiqued sterling silver caps. (Because of the natural properties of fluorite, beads will range in color from light green to dark purple.) Length 1 1/4 in. Pierced, with 14 kt. white gold ear wires.
